Creating an account and setting up your workspace
You can get started with Rezonant in minutes. This guide walks you through signing up, creating your workspace, and connecting up your context.
Step 1: Sign up
Go to rezonant.app and click Get started. You can sign up with your Google account or with an email address and password.
If you sign up with email, you'll receive a verification link - click it to activate your account before continuing.
Step 2: Create or join a workspace
Rezonant organises work around workspaces. You can have multiple teams within one workspace - people usually create one workspace for their company, and separate teamspaces for different teams. When you sign up for the first time, you'll be prompted to either:
Create a new workspace - give it a name (usually your company or team name) and you'll be set as the owner.
Join an existing workspace - if your company is already on Rezonant, you may see it listed and can request to join, or accept an invitation sent to your email.
Step 3: Set up your team
Once your workspace is created, you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow to set up your workspace:
- Name your team - teams are the working groups within your workspace. Most companies start with a single team.
- Add your product context - you'll have the option to add a product charter or brief that Rezonant will use to ground its suggestions. You can skip this if you like and add it later in Settings.
- Connect an integration - optionally link Jira, Linear, or GitHub during onboarding. You can also do this later.
Step 4: Start your first session
Once onboarding is complete, you'll land in your workspace. From here you can start a new chat session, create a document, or explore the task canvas. If you're not sure where to begin, see Create your first chat.
Signing in with MFA
If your workspace requires multi-factor authentication, you'll be prompted to set it up after your first login. Rezonant supports TOTP-based MFA (e.g. Google Authenticator, 1Password). Once enabled, you'll be asked for a code each time you sign in.
