Connecting Rezonant to Jira
Rezonant connects to Jira so that from within Rezonant you can refer to existing projects and issues, and track work created in Rezonant in Jira. Once linked, you can click to export Rezonant tasks out to Jira, or select existing Jira projects or issues in Rezonant to plan the next steps.
Connecting Jira
- Go to Settings → Issue Tracker.
- Click Connect next to Jira and authorise with your Jira account.
- Select the Jira project you want to connect.
Exporting tasks to Jira
- Select which tasks you would like to push to Jira in the Tasks panel.
- Click the Jira logo.
- The task is created as a new issue in your connected Jira project, including its full description and any context added in Rezonant.
What syncs and what doesn't
- Imported from Jira: title, description, status, and issue key.
- Pushed to Jira: title, full description (including acceptance criteria and technical context added in Rezonant).
- Not synced: comments, attachments, assignees, and labels.
