Troubleshooting integration connection issues

General checks​

  • Check you're signed in to the right account. OAuth connections are tied to the account you were signed in to when you authorised.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Go to Settings → Connectors, click Disconnect, then reconnect.
  • Check your browser isn't blocking the popup. Allow popups for rezonant.app and try again.
  • Try a different browser or disable extensions.

GitHub​

  • If you connected via OAuth, check whether you granted access to your organisation's repositories.
  • The coding agent requires the GitHub App connection, not OAuth.

Jira​

  • Make sure the Jira account you authorised with has access to the projects you're expecting to see.

Linear​

  • Rezonant connects to a single Linear team. Only the team selected during setup will be available.

Figma​

  • Make sure you're sharing a specific frame URL, not a link to the full file.

Granola​

  • Granola only shows meetings recorded by the account you authorised with.
